Service Agreement
By requesting services from Zimmies Lawn & Landscape, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to ensure access to your property on scheduled service days. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Weather & Rescheduling
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We will notify you via text or phone if your scheduled service needs to be moved.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
Zimmies Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, underground utilities, or irrigation systems not clearly marked before service. Please notify us of any special considerations before work begins.
